Hey guys,

I figured I’d post a few pictures from my Nidan test on the site here as well as on our facebook group. Many thanks to Josh who took them. I appreciate all the support and I wanted to thank everybody that made it out that day.

Hey everyone,

Looks like it’s that time of the month again. We’ll be holding this workshop on a SUNDAY this time just so everyone knows. It’s the same deal as always though. 75 dollars for the session and you’re free to bring whomever you wish. This will start at roughly 10:30am and end somewhere around 2:30pm to 3pm. Please help us get the word out there to new people and hope to see you all there!

We teach people of all ages! You can never be too young or old to start learning. In fact, I started when I was your age and I have to say that it was one of the best things I’ve ever done. I urge you to contact us to come in for a free intro :).

Hey guys. I know this post is probably way too late for people, but I wanted to put the word on this site as well. I know there was a facebook invite sent a while back but I figured I’d put it on here also. Anyway, it should be fun as always! I believe that there will be 4 or 5 of us heading down so if you guys want to show up to demo or to just be moral support it would be greatly appreciated! Hope to see all of you down there and let’s make it the best one yet.

Hello I have a question when you join this training school do you work in ninja outfits? And if so do you get to keep them?

Typically we train in traditional Japanese Gi’s though you’ll see that a lot of us wear the “ninja shoes” called Tabi. However, you won’t really see us wear the same garb that they have in ninja movies since in both today’s society AND back in ancient Japan, that sort of a uniform would really stick out and sort of detract from the whole stealthy thing we have going. It’s much easier to blend into anywhere when you wear expected garments. That’s not to say that it doesn’t have it’s place. It’s just not something we typically wear.
