From Points South and West:
Take I-95 North through Providence and take exit 23 to Route 146 North (follow signs for “Mineral Spring Avenue” and “State Offices”). Take the second exit off of route 146 onto route 15, Mineral Spring Avenue. Make a right off the exit ramp onto Mineral Spring Avenue. Make a right at the second light (Walgreen’s on your right) onto route 246. Make your second left onto Urban Avenue. The dojo is about 2 blocks down on the left corner of Urban Avenue and Ada Street.
From Points South and East:
Take I-195 West into Providence and get onto I-95 North. Follow I-95 North through Providence and take exit 23 to Route 146 North (follow signs for “Mineral Spring Avenue” and “State Offices”). Take the second exit off of route 146 onto route 15, Mineral Spring Avenue. Make a right off the exit ramp onto Mineral Spring Avenue. From Points North and West:
Take Route 146 South to exit 2 (route 15, Mineral Spring Avenue). Make a left off the exit ramp onto Mineral Spring Avenue. Make a right at the second light (Walgreen’s on your right) onto route 246. Make your second left onto Urban Avenue. The dojo is about 2 blocks down on the left corner of Urban Avenue and Ada Street.
From Points North and East:
Take I-95 South to exit 25. Make a right off the exit and go over the bridge. Make a right onto Silver Spring Street (it turns into Smithfield Avenue). Pass Burger King on your left. With St. Francis Cemetary on your right, bear left onto Power Road. Go North about 3/4 of a mile, and turn left onto Urban Avenue (about 2 blocks before you reach Mineral Spring Ave). Follow Urban for 2 blocks, and the dojo is the white building on the right corner of Urban and Ada.
