At Rhode Island Ninjutsu Center you will be introduced to the basic skills and moves of the Bujinkan, which can be a physically demanding endeavor. As you advance, you will need to know how to safely manage your body and that of your training partner in order to properly learn the techniques.
Our goal is to help you learn how to safely and effectively train, both alone and with partners, in a safe manner within the dojo. Achieving such skills provides you the balance and body control necessary for safe practice within our facility. Significant emphasis will be placed on body dynamics and postures: how a body moves when external stimulus is applied, and how to control your own body under duress.
On the floor, our dojo has rules that are for the safety of the students, the instructors, and all who enter our school. They are strictly enforced with no exceptions for age, rank, or relationships.
